Caring for our patients and employees
Coronavirus (COVID-19) Precautions
The Orthotic and Prosthetic Centers wants you to know that the safety of our patients and employees is our top priority. To help reduce the spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) we are making sure that our protocols for cleaning and sanitation meet or exceed the guidelines of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), as well as local, state, and federal health authorities.
While we have always provided a clean and sanitary environment, we know it is more important than ever to be extra vigilant. As a result, we have intensified our cleaning processes at each of our locations and are continuously disinfecting all high touch surfaces throughout the day. We’ve also removed all toys and magazines from our waiting areas and have increased the distance between our waiting room chairs to allow for appropriate social distancing.
While we’re confident in the cleanliness of our locations we appreciate the positive impact social distancing plays and we urge anyone feeling ill or at particular risk to call in and allow us to help you reschedule your non-essential appointment to a later time.
As always, we are available to you by phone to answer any questions or concerns. We are committed to navigating through these difficult times with your safety and well-being at the forefront of everything we do. We appreciate your business and look forward to seeing you again soon!
